‘Move outside of your comfort zone. You can only grow if you are willing to feel awkward and uncomfortable when you try something new.’ Today I did something I never thought I would do, I was scared, I screamed🤭, I even thought about quitting half way down....but I did it! And loved it!🚣🏻♀️ You can live being comfortable, or you can live and grow. 🌱Follow your wildest dreams, and say yes when opportunities arise...even if they scare you...because you know what? Someone will always be there to support you. ❤️This week I challenge you to step outside your comfort zone - that may be walking up the mount, sitting in silence, writing a gratitude journal, or eating healthily for a day. You never know what great things might arise from it!
One of my favourite things to say to myself. Self belief is not easy and doubt and negativity will try and worm their way into your thoughts. •••••••••••••
If you have a goal or an aim and you find things WERE going well but now the progress has stopped, it is probably an internal block. That’s not to say that something very real didn’t happen. Something may have popped up (work, family, opinions of others, somebody else’s success etc) and you suddenly feel like you’re not good enough. We’ve all been there. ••••••••••••••
Try to think about it in terms of perceptions. You can’t stop things from going wrong but you can change your attitude towards it. Are you going to to listen to that self doubt and give up? OR are you going to find a different route to the same goal? ••••••••••••
Your reality is made up of your perceptions to things happening around you. When I’m going through a self doubt phase, this helps me to remember that I can choose to look at a problem negatively or I can see it as a challenge to be overcome.
You can do anything you believe you can do. #shebelievedshecouldsoshedid#changeyourreality#changeyourmindset#changefearintostrength#youareenough#youcandoit#anythingispossible#goals#aims#gogetit#challengeaccepted#challengeyourself
There’s something deeply gratifying about having to work hard to get to some of the most amazing locations. I really felt like I earned this view and for that moment it was just for me 🏔❤️🎒

Greater things never come out of comfort zones.⠀
When you have completed your sketch, take a moment and think if the design challenges you a little. ✨
In our last post, we mentioned a quote that talked about keeping things unique to yourself yet recognizable to people. We also talked about evolving your designs with the current trends.
How about challenging yourself in the process? Does the 'syncing your designs with competition', challenge you or does it come natural to you?⠀
That's a very deep question. So think and answer.⠀

If you're a beginner to handstand training, fear of over-kicking might be holding you back. (So much of nailing inversions is in your head!) GMB Lead Trainer @sweetcheekssantacruz teaches her students to learn how to cartwheel first, since cartwheeling is the perfect way to bail out safely.
Start by working on your cartwheel with your hands already on the ground, and slowly work on bringing your hands more in line with each other. You're on your way. 😊👍🏻
