I feel like i always fuck things up & I don’t know how to stop. Everything I do creates problems & I literally hate myself :/ I keep stressing over everything and I don’t think my medication is working as good as it used to because yes, I’m not depressed, but yes, I’m still anxious as fuck. Like my heart is racing so bad because I’m freaking out about a lot of things. I can’t stand living with this mental illness; it literally makes what should be normal everyday things hell for me. I’m so tired of hearing voices inside my head that tell me I’m just one big fuck up & that things would be better off without me. But sometimes it gets to me so bad that I think it is true. That people’s lives would be easier without me & I wouldn’t be such a problem all the time. That’s all I ever feel like. A problem. I don’t know, my heads in a bad place right now. .

Do something uncomfortable.
Go somewhere out of the ordinary.
Act like the person you want to be, even if you aren't that person yet. 😋
By doing things out of your comfort zone, you'll grow. 🍏
You'll often find new things you like. 👩🏻🎨
You may reveal parts of your personality you never knew. 🤷🏻♂️
You may discover a side of yourself you really like. 🕺🏻
But you'll never never know, if you never never go. 🚀
So get lost and go find yourself. 🛶
If you're someone who plans everything, don't make a plan for a change and see what happens. 🚦
If you never plan anything, make a plan for a day and see what happens. 🎡
Life is one big adventure. I've no idea what I'm doing or where I'm going this year. 🗿
I have a plan, but it's loose enough that i can embrace an opportunity as it arrises. 🏕
From embracing this lifestyle I've found I'm not so rigid in my thinking and more crazy fun stuff happens. 🌋
It's often ridiculous. Like riding other people's motorbikes for them because they were unable to... really cool ones. 🏍
Now get off Instagram and get lost!

@Cindy Hand - Covington, OH
Cindy is Mom to three sons. As an empty nester who had spent years as a volunteer and sports Mom, it seemed she suddenly had time on her hands. Being one who has always enjoyed the outdoors she accepted an invitation to join a friend for an evening of kayaking on the Greenville Creek and immediately fell in love with paddling. Cindy has paddled many rivers, creeks and channels in and around Miami County, Ohio. Although she thoroughly enjoys the serenity of a sunny afternoon float and capturing the sights in photographs, she also loves a challenge. In both 2016 and 2017 she was part of a two woman through paddle of The Whitewater River, traveling 77.9 miles from Cambridge City, Indiana to Cleves, Ohio. Also in 2017 she guided a three woman team 88.1 miles down the Little Miami River from Yellow Springs, Ohio to the Ohio River. #adventure#adventuretalks#paddling#kayaking#canoeing#cycling#biketouring#backpacking#longdistanceadventures#thruhike#thrupaddle#daytonohio#outdoordayton
