This was the last Cake I baked last year. Again, for such a sweet couple, I feel so blessed getting to know all these lovely people! Joburg rocks! This cake was hand painted with a water colour effect as well as luster dust (pearlized) tiers. Topped off with royal icing stenciling and some white detailing with fondant scrolls and decor. I could stare at this stunner all day, but I won’t, because it’s delicious (& belongs in my mouth)! Layers of spiced caramel & almond mud cake filled with rose water cream cheese & pistachios. Makes me weak at the knees every time 🤤💖
