You don't have to watch it. But if you're wondering why some shits not happening for ya, it might be cos you don't want it. Actually fear it, actively avoid it because of preconceived ideas you have about who you (think) you would Be, who others think you would be, if you did go geddit.
I'm not on this ride to preach, I'm living though it too.
But when I ask my clients, if they 'really' want the goals they want regarding #fitness#aesthetics even #health and obvs they say yes, and then I ask them what they really think of "fit healthy people with bodies they say they want" there is a contradictory, thought basis.
What did i used to think of fit healthy people? I "used" to think they were boring, try hard, obnoxious, annoying people... 😄
Growing up I had fears of being boring, try hard, obnoxious & annoying (these fears still surface-working on it daily)
Did I really want what I said I waned?
Your fears will fuck u up. They will hold u back. And screw it, this isn't jus a fitness page. It will hold u bk from the job u want, the relationship u want. It will hold u back from being who u want.
But maybe we should stop "wanting" and jus start "being" You already are that person. You already have the capability to do all the things & be all the things. Let those preconceived ideas of who you are, go. Of what others think, go. Of what will happen, or what might not happen, go!
Let it all go. And be a fucking spice girl!

Why 'only half-parikrama of Shivlinga' should be done?
In Hinduism, Lord Shiva is revered as one of the three chief ‘trimurti’ or the Holy Trinity, along with Brahma and Vishnu. He’s fondly addressed as Mahadev or Bholentath by his devotees, who acknowledge him as the curator of universe, the warden of death, and the master of ‘moksha’.
Half-parikrama around the Shivling
According to Shastras and Shivpuran, a Shiva devotee must only carry out half-parikrama around the Shivling. The reason explained behind this is that Shiva is both ‘Aadi’ & ‘Anant’ (he’s the start and end to everything known.
Shivling structure explained
The energy or Shakti out flowing from him is endless and is represented in the form of Nirmili (the outlet for milk and water designed in modern-day Shivlinga).
Shiva’s Shakti is so fierce that none could ever interfere or come in line of it. It is said that the Nirmili is a sacred part of the Shivling and must never be over-stepped.
Significance of Nirmili in Shivling
Sacred texts warn against disrespecting the Shivlinga or Lord Shiva’s Shakti by coming in touch with the Nirmili or over-stepping it, which is feared to result in receiving the wrath of Lord Shiva.
