If you’ve dreamed about living in the mountains one day, then maybe this home is for you☺️! We passed this bright yellow gem heading up the Blue mountains. I think the tour driver said we were 3,000 feet above sea level😱 The air was fresh, the skies were clear, the trees were green and lush! —No need for supermarkets up here just go pick some fruits and veggies and you’ll be ok☺️👌🏾
It was a 3 hour trek from the moment we stepped foot on the bus to off-boarding. We hadn’t even reached the crest — but—Blue Mountain Coffee was offered☺️ Combined with the view, a long smile ensued ☺️🎈 #tbt
Psyching myself out on a super friendly boulder aka. how to rest at the end of a fifteen kilometre hike before tackling the next three hours of night hiking back to the car.
On the way we climbed waterfalls, talked to many fat lizards, tempted bright orange crayfish with our toes, lay in soft wet moss in glow-worm palace overhangs, and scrambled every stone in sight.
A personal highlight of the recent tour I designed organised and led in Vietnam. 12 Erin Hill Sketchers happily drinking Vietnamese coffee in a locals market. They met my friend who's cafe I've been visiting for years. Its the best ca phe sua da in town! This market used never have tourists in it. Now, there are daily tours here (even our annual sketching tours!) Things change quickly in Vietnam.
Self Love with Self Care, we are busy with many things to juggle in 24 hours.
Today was another day to indulge in taking time to enjoy the outdoors. Walking through a 1.5km foot path to reach “The Jelly Bean Pools” in the blue mountains in NSW.
