Started this week with a HIIT session to burn off some calories. ✋️🔥🔥🔥
▪️Elevated lunges into bicep curls 1min
(30 seconds per leg)
▪️Step up jumps w/ bent knee during the whole movement 30sec
▪️ Triceps push into hip abduction 30sec.
▪️ Rest 1 minute repeat 5 times! 🔥
