HONEST REVIEW: two full days of eating on this timed nutrition plan & workout program and I'm eating MORE than I usually do.. and GUESS WHAT I'm not as sore as I usually am 👆🏻 direct correlation.
◽️ I've had a lot more energy and feel better post workout with the specific pre and post workout meals for the phase one exercises.
It's also not as complicated as I thought it would be..
ie. eat this ____at this time, and this ____ at this time. 👌🏻zero guessing!
◽️ The only semi negative piece I can think of is the longer workouts. I'm use to doing 30 minutes and these are 40-60 minutes.. but they go by pretty quickly!!!
