Bringing out the paleo pancakes for breakky today! Haven’t made these babies in awhile but they’re so delicious and of course super easy. There are many variations on how to make these, however i make these healthy, #grainfree pancakes this way 👉🏼 Beat 1-2 eggs and one mashed banana well to form mixture. Add a pinch of gluten free baking powder and a dash of cinnamon. Pour small amount of mixture onto a heated pan with coconut oil and flip to cook through. Repeat until you’ve used the mixture and you have your pancakes ready. 👉🏼 The fun is in the topping, I use berries, a little extra banana, some natural yoghurt (optional, can use coconut yogurt if dairy free) a generous sprinkling of cinnamon, some buckini's for crunch and added protein & almonds 👌🏼 #paleobreakfast#healthypancakes#sundaybreakfast#bananapancakes#grainfreepancakes#glutenfreepancakes#healthybreakfastideas

#Grateful for a #fewofmyfavoritethings! #BananaPancakes are one of my #comfortfoods, and when topped with apple & berries compote, it just doesn't get any better. But I've been in too much pain this entire week to do more than pour a cup of coffee or fix a cup of tea. My wonderful husband took it upon himself to make my favorite brunch for me this Saturday. His first time to make it all by himself, and it was perfect! 😍
PANCAKES! I love pancakes, especially THESE pancakes. Banana pancakes is where it's at. No added sugar, and gluten and grain free. Super easy to mix up and full of protein. Basically can't go wrong.
With a serving of natural PB (and yes I have to measure or my PB or I'll eat the whole jar), this breakfast boasts 23g of protein, and plenty of fat to keep ya going! Recipe below. .
1 small banana
2 T flax meal
Pinch of Salt, baking soda and powder, Cinnamon, and Vanilla.
Blend in mixer until well combined and poor 1/4 cup at a time onto skillet at medium heat. I use a little butter in the pan for added yummy. :)

½ mosad, stor banan.
Ersättning för 1 ägg
4 msk yoghurt
4 msk havremjöl
3 msk kakao
1 msk agavesirap
4 msk proteinpulver
2-4 msk växtbaserad mjölk (mängd beroende på vilken äggersättning du använder)
GÖR SÅHÄR: Blanda allting i en stor skål, helst mjölken allra sist. Stek dem i kokosolja på medelvärme, de tar något längre tid än vanliga pannkakor så låt dem stekas ett tag innan du vänder dem för att undvika att de går sönder. Ät tillsammans med dina favorittillbehör 😍
