Back in Melbs and of course back into quality brunches with even better company! One of our faves here @franksmelbourne 👌🏻All our extended family lives in NZ so we don’t get to see them very often but when we do it’s time well spent. We see fam everyday and hang out with our cousins, hit up all the best surf beaches on the coast, play tennis everyday - sometimes even twice a day #sorrynotsorry and eat a heap load of quality food. Having only just arrived home last night it’s sort of like the new year starts now for us and it’s time to make stuff happen.... Bring on 2018 🙌🏼 Planning some exciting things and going after some big goals! What goals are you guys going to kick this year?!
This Saturday 1/20, is cheese lovers day! We are all about celebrating the little things around here, so we are throwing a little party. But what is cheese without yoga? ;) It will be an afternoon of fun, food, and connecting. We have a great group coming, and if anyone is from Utah/Salt Lake county who wants to join in, send us a DM and we’ll hook you up. //
We are learning that in order to really bring something new into your life, you have to fully integrate it into things you normally do! Hence, cheese and yoga ;) We think our friends will agree that cheese tastes even better after some sweet yoga moves. #balance#cheese

Yesterday on our January calendar (link in profile), it said to share a favorite yoga move. Well, this was not my favorite, but it is a new one for me. I always was a bit nervous about handstands; I don’t know why, because I usually at least try most everything, but not handstands. I decided to throw on my big girls sweats and give it a go tonight. (I definitely used my wall for support, as I was alone and a beginner). It was empowering in a simple way to try something I have avoided. It’s not scary at all, it’s actually a new favorite now.

Hubby bought a 30 pack of El Millagro corn tortillas. As much as I love them, I’m surprised how hard it’s been to use them all up. So here goes. ➡️ I wanted an easy dinner since I did a lot of cooking last night. All I did was use leftovers from yesterday’s dinner (chicken, herb lemon tahini sauce, and feta) and added roasted salsa and cabbage slaw mix... and there go... as Justin called them, “Medi Crisps” 😂. ➡️Toast tortillas in preheated oven at 400 degrees for 10 minutes.➡️Spread on salsa (or marinara for an Italian version) and all your toppings.➡️Bake in oven for 10 more minutes while you prep your sides. I made zucchini to go with this. ➡️P.S. if you’re adding cabbage or lettuce, wait until they’re out of the oven so it stays crisp. #easyglutenfree
YOU GUYS IM SO SORRY I WENT COMPLETELY MIA THIS WEEK!! This week was such a stressful week & just the epitome of junior year. And it doesn't look like its letting up anytime soon I have a AP Physics and AP Calc test next week and then the week after is midterms 😫Buut I've got this, I'm gonna get through it and whatever your dealing with right now you'll get through it too!! I had pancakes for the first time in pretty much forever this morning and now I have a busy day of studying ahead 🤦🏼♀️ I'm gonna be doing a day in the life/FDOE type thing on my story though so stay tuned for that, despite the fact that it'll most likely be boring haha.
