Anyone else have too many thoughts that you end up with a clogged mind? Yep, that's me this morning🙄 Trying to cancel out the negative but some specific issues are a little upsetting but ya girl here is stronger than that!💪🏻 Let's get this Wednesday started on a positive note!
Starting my day with a big bowl of zoats using @missfitsnutrition chocolate vegan protein and a tsp of @bioglanuk cacao powder🍂 Topped with my homemade granola, frozen berries, @phdnutritionuk chocolate hazelnut Smart Bar nut butter and a @reesesuk mini pb cup🍫🥜
A morning of uni followed by a driving lesson and I think I'm gonna head to the gym after to let off some steam🏃🏼♀️
Have a fab day peeps!😎✌🏻
A balance captured in a still photo looks easy. Balancing in real life is much harder and is rarely a permanent state with internal (mind/ego, bodily functions) and external (weather, seasons, living environment, relationships, work, food) fluctuations challenging both our individual equilibrium and our equanimity. The mind and our thoughts are often our biggest distraction and they don’t get much of a look in when you are really IN your moment. That focused, calm stillness you experience in a moment of balance - however fleeting - can feel like a mini holiday away from yourself. Cherish and nurture that feeling in whatever way it manifests in your life 🙏🏼💕✨ #balance#ground#breathe#practice#newmoon#focus#ekagrata#yoga#ayurveda#yogascittavrittinirodhah#baddhautthitahastapadangusthasana

The benefits of Kale
1. Strengthen Your Immune System. Kale’s impressive concentration of nutrients strengthens the immune system and fights viruses and bacteria. Kale has more iron than beef, making it a great source of this valuable mineral for vegans and vegetarians. It helps more oxygen get to your blood and greatly helps those who are anemic.
2. Anti-inflammatory. The omega-3 fatty acids in kale help fight and alleviate arthritis, autoimmune disorders and asthma. The vitamin C content helps relieve stiff joints.
3. Fighting Disease. Kale, like other dark green veggies, may be helpful in preventing various cancers such as colon, prostate and ovarian. Its abundant vitamin K content is important for bone health, forestalling the effects of osteoporosis. And the folic acid and B6 provide cardiovascular support and prevent heart disease.

Was lucky enough to have won this granola from a company I have been following for ages 💚 @baskandco is an amazing company who make granola with no hidden nasties. All REAL ingredients combined into a beautifully flavoured granola! Can never think twice when supporting such a good company! Suitable for vegans and those who are gluten free 🌿I love Paired with some @chobaniau Greek Yoghurt! How best do you like granola ?
There’s currently a persuasive myth that carbs are bad for you. They are not. Carbs fuel your muscles and your brain. There are plenty of foods rich in carbohydrate that provide vitamins, minerals, antioxidants and dietary fibre. Plus carbs taste good!!!! Thinking carbs are bad is what is bad for you! You try stop to eating them, crave them, give in, maybe overeat or binge then feel guilty and repeat the cycle. So what’s ‘bad’? Carbs or a diet mindset?? A diet mindset!🥙🥪🍲🍱🌽🥔🍠🍍🍑

Whilst manifesting can come with bringing your hands together and praying, there are some other very specific lessons to be learnt in order to help you dream your world into being. Last week I welcomed 25 beautiful souls to teach them my tools for using affirmations, meditations, visualisations and vision boards and it was so special, I’ve decided to do it again but this time, on the world wide wide. So tech 🕺🏻Launching the ROOTED Guide to Manifesting, live and loud to reach those of you who couldn’t make it based on location. Boom 💥 coming soon to a sofa near you! Head to the link in my bio to sign up #letsgetshitgettingreal#rootedliving#manifesting
Some days I crush big weights, other days I get crushed by baby weights #balance
In my main session today, it was bands, bodyweight and barbells to 25kg.
Never forget to work those weaknesses, never be too proud to do the basics. Most progress occurs in the unglamorous work. Dont let your ego get in the way of your success.
sunday’s are meant for sleeping in, doing sweaty leg workouts, and enjoying savory brunches 🤸🏻♀️💕 or at least that’s how my sunday is playing out so far 🤗
not much on the agenda today - just some homework, reading, grocery shopping, an @adrienelouise yoga video, and going out for a family dinner date tonight! ❤️ I hope you all have a wonderful + relaxing day!
