Hands down, the most unrivaled happy hour in Columbus is at @fornoshortnorth. Monday thru Friday, 4-6 PM it’s HALF OFF hand crafted house cocktails, draft beer, wine by the glass, pizzas, shared items, and all bar snacks. Like what?! That’s crazy right?? There’s so much to choose from. I’m so glad they’ve kept one of my favorite cocktails on the menu, the Kiwi Mule, made with @belvederevodka citrus, kiwi purée, lemon, and ginger beer. You can’t pass up the arancini for only $5.50. New to Forno is their avocado bruschetta (avocado, house bread, goat cheese, grape tomatoes, micro greens) while I wasn’t in loooove with it, for $4.50 I would eat it every day. DO NOT FORGET to get the roasted garlic listed under bar snacks... game. Changer. Perfectly roasted garlic sits in a bed of olive oil and fresh herbs and is served with freshly baked bread. #workoutwednesday I like to post vulnerability to progressive growth videos. Even the best of the best started off slow and imperfect, but we rarely see that side of the system. Vulnerability is the best form of inspiration to help motivate people to have more #discipline in the daily routines.
1. Core strengthening and stabilizer exercise. Engages lats and delts as well.
2. Pistol Squat Cable Swings. Once perfected this means everything from the #core to the #abductors and #legs are strong and stable
3. Volume Squats- hold a 5 sec squat hold and then 10 normal paced squats 5x straight
4. T Row Romanians. I personally like this version for more isolation on the hamstrings to develop strength to be able to do it the tradition way properly

Recipe below to fuel your sweet dreams tn✨😴
3 dates, pitted
1 cup shredded coconut
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 cup melted coconut oil
1/2 cup almonds
1/2 cup cashews
1/3 cup almond milk
1/4 cup coconut butter
1/4 cup sunflower seeds
1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
✨Add all ingredients to a blender/food processor until smooth. Roll wet dough into balls, about an inch thick, and freeze covered in a flat container. Let sit for a few minutes before eating so that it softens, and top with or dip in almond butter + coconut chips! ❤️
