Flew home to an awesome welcome off these two and Nat. You’d swear I’d been away for a month not a few days. Nat is in work this week (😭) so we’ll be a person down but at least I have the pleasure of getting outside with these two everyday. Sometimes there are benefits to having to cut a trip short.

$0.50 lunches, ice cold coconuts and this view isn’t bad at all!! 💦
To feel apart of something bigger than you- something with a purpose that matters- something that pushes you to be a better you.... it is an amazing thing. •
I just got off of an amazing team call with my little tribe of badass #bossbabes, and my heart is beyond full. •
I love getting to not only pour into them with the things I’ve learned the last 10 months as a coach, but also listen to them helping each other. Listening to them talk about the goals they have for this business. Hearing them talk about the ways this program has changed their lives and why they want so badly to help other people change their lives too. •
We are all different... full time jobs, stay at home moms, moms to fur babies, married, single. We all have different goals.... some to just have a little extra spending money, some to pay off debt and build a savings, some to completely replace their income one day. We are all unique, but the one thing we all have in common? We want to see someone else’s life change in the way ours has. •
Coaching has done so much for me- offered me an avenue in which I can help others, given me the motivation I need to stick to my own health and fitness goals, helped me grow as a person, given me an extra income to help my family pay off debt and grow a savings, and given me a community of women who I love getting to do life with each and every day. •
If any of this sounds like something you’ve been missing in your life... then you need to check out the sneak peek into coaching me and my team are hosting Thursday evening! All the questions you have will be answered and you’ll get a little inside peek into exactly what coaching is all about. If you want to be a fly on the wall and check it out, 📩 me or fill out the form in my bio!
Loch Ness was one of those places I thought would be awesome to see, but never expected to visit. When we were planning our Scotland trip last April and I realized how close it would be I rearranged our route to include a stop over at Scotland’s most famous lake...and I’m so glad I did! We spent a couple hours exploring the ruins of Urqhart Castle, learning about its turbulent history and scanning the shores of the loch for Nessie. And with all the ruins and rocks to climb on my toddler enjoyed it just as much as I did (what more could you ask for?!) Definitely worth a visit if you find yourself in Scotland one day 😘
Have you been to #Siargao? We visited the #Philippines last month and can easily say the island of Siargao was our favorite place. Here's why:
"It's 8:00 PM on New Years Day and I'm cued up outside a brand new gymnasium in General Luna on the island of Siargao in the Philippines. Inside techo music blares as the English-speaking announcer introduces the swimsuit portion of the evening. I pay my 70 peso admission (AU$1.70) and find a folding chair on the back of the basketball court as the contestants strut their stuff across the stage. I immediately recognize one of the workers from our villa as he walks down the catwalk in a tiny black one piece and sky-high platforms.
The Miss Gay Cloud 9 pageant was not the reason I made the journey to Siargao. Like many a vagabond surfer before me, I came to Siargao for one reason: to ride a legendary wave called Cloud 9. Yet like nearly everyone in town - gay or strait, Filipino or foreigner - I've ended up in this gym because of Siargao’s infectious good vibes."
My heart is very heavy with everything that is going on in our country right now. There is SUCH a huge divide, and fear is tearing us apart. I try SO hard not only to share a message of LOVE but to teach my boys that message, as well. I woke up to a warning of a media scare at a high school about 5 miles away from me. They are loaded thick with security today to keep the kids safe, but my heart is broken for the families of that school who will most likely spend the day in total angst. Tears well up in my eyes as I think about what our children might have to face in this world we have brought them into. I urge you to notice my use of the word “might”. It does NOT have to be this way. There are so many people who stand for more and come from a place of total and pure LOVE. It is our duty to teach our children to live in this space and to spread as much of it right now as possible. That being said, we as adults HAVE TO BE THE EXAMPLE. There is so much change that needs to be made and it starts with us and it starts with love. Love for humanity, respect for one another, and just basic compassion toward our fellow humans. We have to break this cycle that we now find ourselves in. The lessons in these tragedies have not been lost to me. I have been reminded to be more patient with my boys, even in the times I want to pull my freaking hair out. I’m reminded to revel in those goofy moments with funny faces and tickles. I’m reminded to love them through the fits and the lessons that I have to teach them… as hard as those moments are. These days I find myself holding my boys a little harder and a lot closer. So today as I hug them close and prepare to drop them off at school, I once again try to remember to spread a message of HOPE and LOVE, even through all of the chaos, both in our home and out in this world. I will never stop teaching my boys to also spread this message of love, peace and light. Because that is what we are here for. I hope you all have an amazing day and remember to hold your loved ones so close that they suffocate in your love for them. ❤️🙏🏻 #love#peace#light
Thank god for fruit 🍉🍍🥥 I believe that everything in life is possible, however... it would be really really hard for us to live without fruit! 😬 Praying that I will never have to! ✨
I love following @wildbluefamily and following their adventures. They're currently enjoying a real winter in Montana but are soon heading to sunnier pastures.
Which do you prefer? The beauty of snow or sand?

Throwback a couple of years and my little man took his first snowboarding lesson and got the fever. Since this time he had some time in Breckenridge on the slopes but we need to figure out how we can get him more time on the snow. If we only lived a little closer to the mountains we would have a full time snow shredder.
On another note I know you all have missed my posts lately, but my full time job has had me extremely busy the last month. I hope to get back to posting 3 times a week. Two of those days will be a kids shot or landscape and the 3rd day (Im thinking Friday) will be free form which could include anything f travel from books to movies to gear to memes.
We met some friends at the San Diego Zoo today. Between our two families (and 8 kids), FIVE of them were 4 year olds. It was so fun and my first time there. It truly is an amazing zoo. My personal favorites were the giraffes and koalas. (See videos 😉)

What kid doesn’t like to play? We have made it a priority to teach our kid how to play the old-fashion way. Use your imagination, play outside, coloring, read books, sports, board games…We tell them “If you tell me you are bored, I will find something for you to do”(some sort of chore !) . But kids also need directions throughout their day. Ray is WAY better at this then me. I get flustered, and start to feel the frustrations build up when they roam around the house aimlessly…One way that we have “failed” our kids, is playing with them. I guess we already forgot how to play, and honestly don’t enjoy it that much. But our kids are slowly teaching us how to find our inner child and let loose once in a while J So today, I went outside to play in the snow with them. We froze our hands holding icicles and slipped around on the trampoline! I LOVE their laugh when I slip and get snow down my coat. I LOVE when they don’t think about anything else but playing and suddenly, right this minute, they cry as they realize their hands are freezing! I LOVE their spontaneity! They don’t worry about the next hour, what they will eat for dinner, if they will have clean clothes to wear…. It’s all about the present moment! One of my desire for this coming year is to learn to play more. To laugh more. To live in the moment more…What about you? How do YOU play with your kids, Does it come natural to you?

I believe it’s going to be mothers, grandmothers, aunts, sisters...all women, who stand up and demand change in this country. If you haven’t yet, look up @everytown and @momsdemand, find your local chapter, and let’s do this mamas. I’m sick and tired of being sick and tired about this. Our schools should be the safest in the world. They’re not. Our country should be the best in the world. It isn’t anymore. Change takes action. Take action.
|Lucca I love you| Took a side trip to Lucca today after visiting Pisa and I don’t think any place has ever captivated my heart as quickly. Looking forward to a few more days in the Florentine Hills before making Lucca our home for another week ❤️❤️❤️
