Here I am, doing what I love! Being on the water 🌊
From an early age I've been into my watersports. Whether it's water skiing, wakeboarding, sailing, messing about with kayaks etc I've pretty much grown up on the sea. So now I instruct 👊🏼
For a while now I've had the awesome job of introducing new people to watersports and it's brilliant! 🏄🏽♂️
To witness complete newcomers enjoying a 2hr paddleboard lesson or kitesurfing lesson is the best feeling ever. Not to mention the students that pursue the sport, purchase equipment and really get involved in the lifestyle of watersports, it's great to see. 👍👍

One of the primary pull outs for tourist buses 🚌 on 17 mile drive is Bird Rock. I did an hour @brentallenoutside Stewardship clean up today . I picked up 181 cigarette butts 🚬 . The pole with stripes and base is an outdoor ashtray . Pebble Beach has these cigarette disposal units through out this pull out . I don’t think people even know what these cigarette disposals are ( need universal logos ) This is what happens : Tour buses have many tourist visiting the United States from numerous countries from around the world 🌎 🌍🌎. The tourist get out at the many beautiful pull outs on 17 mile drive and down PCH 1 . The folks that smoke get off the bus light up a cigarette ,smoke , and then throw the butt on the ground along with other items of trash . The tourist bus companies need to take responsibility in educating their passengers about not littering . The local hospitality/ tourism needs to collaborate with creating some standardized program that provides guide lines of why it is so important to not litter in these sensitive ocean habitats of Marine Mammals. I had a gentleman from India come up and ask what I was doing which is part of why I do these cleanups. Educate locals and tourist on why its not ok to litter . I always log what I pick up on an app. Called Clean Swell @oceanconservancy Leave things better than you found them 🌎🌊 in 2018 forward it’s a high priority to inventory the trash picked up and what the trash is. This information can be used to promote the facts to local cities , state parks and local businesses on specific products that can be eliminated or made of different materials . #pebblebeach#saveourshores#surfriderfoundation#beachcleanup#stewardship#standupjournal#supconnect#adventureculture#natgeoyourshot#montereybay#17miledrive#patagoniasantacruz#prana#allgoodbrand#clifbar#howiroam#blundstoneusa#patagonia
