💦💦💦Would You Jump?? Seriously one of the most if not the most stunning tidal pools I’ve swam in. Not the easiest climb up these sharp rocks and I made @jackson.groves do it about 4 times to get this shot just right haha. Thanks brotha, well played good sir. So...would you jump?

We can all Kalaman-SEE why @cheeri_cheeri ‘s Filipino Ice Cream flavors are the BEST! ...and Vegan !?!?? What!?🇵🇭🍦😜 Check out link in our bio to find out WHY we make it our mission to make/ capture Philippines in a cone.
Kalamansi is the citrus 🍊 of the Philippines (a mix of the Mandarin fruit and kumquat). .
The fruit tends to accompany various dishes with its tarty profile. It’s perfect for:
1) a drink (sweetened in a similar way to lemonade)
2) compliment to a sauce
3) squeezed over savory dishes (such as the popular noodle dish, PANSIT which has strips of chopped vegetables and chicken /pork).
Kalamansi is commonly used when the peels are still green in color, the aromatic and tarty fruit is sliced and ready to go.
This #icecream flavor is based off of a very special moment to the founders of Cheeri Cheeri.
Their Lolo, (Tagalog for grandfather), had #Kalamansi trees grow in the backyard of their house in #losangeles. This was the first tangible interaction they had with a fruit you would normally see in Southeast Asia.
Their Lolo was #cheerful as he curated the importance and beauty that this fruit has...(all shared in such a way that excited & engaged his granddaughters at age 3 and 4).
He unknowingly created a moment that bridged the world of #la to #Philippines. This early and simple interaction with a fruit quickly became a sign of home.
What are tastes of home that make you recall the most heartfelt memories? Tell us below 👇🏼👇🏼👇🏼
That's twice in two days that I've had to say "see you later" to important people in my life at Tom Bradley.
Take care, pops. See you in a few months and maybe I'll be able to pop over there while you're in the PI. But if not, we always have Cabo as a family after you get back.
