А я уже с утра потренила 💪🏻 в 7:30 - с утра очень круто тренить 🙈 пора переносить свои тренировки 😉
Помню и раза не могла подтянуться, а тут уже три раза 👻 даже мышцы уже можно разглядеть 😃
Подтягивание - одно из самых эффективных упражнений для проработки мышц со своим весом.
Мышцы, работающие при подтягивании:
1️⃣ Спины: широчайшие м, ромбовидная и большая круглая м.
2️⃣ Грудь: большая и малая м.
3️⃣ Плечи: дельты, бицепс и трицепс.
4️⃣ Зубчатые м.
Что касаемо техники, нужно выполнять очень плавно, без раскачки и рывков.
❗НО прежде чем подтягиваться, нужно выполнять подготавливающие упражнения 👆🏻 нереально просто взять и выполнить сложное упражнение 👆🏻

If you can objectively look at yourself in the mirror and determine what you should focus on to improve you are doing well.....
But, if you can decide what you need to improve on and implement a plan that focuses on improvement in that area and then turn that weakness into a strength...!?! Now your winning!!!!
What are my weak areas that I need to focus on..?
There are many, but because I use the above described method they change all the time! My weak areas become a strength and then something else falls short #neverhappy - this is marathon remember!
Currently the areas I need to work on are;
- Arms; need more Tricep development.
- Calves; need more width.
- Stomach; needs to be tighter.
How am I going to achieve the above?
- Arms - dedicated arm focus days and increased frequency.
- Calves - every other day and increased running.
- Stomach - utilise waist trainer belt more to hold core tighter.
When I joined the the gym for the first time 3 years ago, my goal was to get to a point where I could eat anything I wanted and still have a great body! Apparently it wasn't possible. Especially at my age (37 this year). Umm ok....well, guess what? It is possible and I'm doing exactly that! After 3 years of trial and error, yo yo dieting, 2 hours of harsh cardio and weights, 5 days a week, I've finally figured out how to have my cake and eat it too! At this point I'm eating what I want, as much as I want and whenever I feel hungry. 40% of my diet consists of sweets because I have a major sweet tooth! The only thing I avoid is take-away foods like MacDonald's. Not for the weight factor, but for all the crap in it that's so bad for your health. I've cut out cardio completely and I only train 3 - 4 a week for less than 45 min per session. How? Simple. Lifting weights. Weights are miracle workers. The benefits of muscle growth are astonishing! Omg not only your body becomes stronger and looks amazing but let me tell you now, it reverses the signs of aging! I look better than ever and feel amazing! Now I'm certainly not perfect, I still have a lot of cellulite on my thighs and a big jiggly arse, and the stretch marks from my 3 pregnancies don't help with its a appearance, but hey, I'd rather some wiggle and jiggle than live the rest of my life eating lettuce and grilled chicken 🤢 Because the only way to get rid of it completely is to clean eat for the rest of my life. Um.. no thanks. I love food and I love my sweets. Plus even at my skinniest from all the cardio and dieting I did, I still had cellulite. So the only thing I will do, is to keep lifting heavy until the muscle pushes through the fat. I cannot stress enough how amazing muscles are! Not only they look sexy asf but they burn calories and fat like there's no tomorrow!!! And I don't have to spend all day at the gym!
