My ass is still there😅🍑Im so satisfied that even I was sick so long my muscles are still here reminding me their existence😂😂😂 Yesterday I went to see doctor because I dont feel well, this doctor prescribe me a new antibiotics and he sayed that I need to eat those 20days😱😱😱 Sry but not gonna happen! Tuesday Im gonna see another doc and I hope they start to research what’s wrong with me🤔 I dont have fever so I can exercise normally but still this is deep shit😡 Now I just need to wait🙏🏼
Posterior chain work....whaaaat?.
Basically the back side of you, from your heels all the way up to the back of your head.
Some other awesome posterior chain exercise are:
▶️kettle bell swings with squat hip thrusts.
▶️Bentover barbell rows.
▶️glute bridges, lots of variations here..
...and the list goes on.
Posterior Training is one of the most important areas of your exercises regime, in my opinion👩🏻🏫.
Posterior chain strengthening can save you tons of money on healthcare costs for low back and knee injuries but more importantly keep you healthy!

I had lots of fun in the gym this morning trying to keep up with @nedfee ! I love doing box jumps. One of the exercises today was seated jumps. It's so much fun!
