Vegan pancake, recipe makes 5 pancakes 120grams flour 1 teaspoon baking powder mixed with 2 teaspoon of brown sugar mixed with 200 ml cold water thats the pancake batter sorted. 2 almond and 2 walnut toasted then crushed with 1 teaspoon sesame and 1 teaspoon chia seed with 1 teaspoon brown sugar 1 table spoon strawberry jam 5-10 unsweetened chocolate chip half a lemon and some maple syrup, this will be enough for 5 pancake

Day 1 was a success!!
