I’d heard really good things about @agoradc from many friends and thought it was time to give it a shot! This seafood orzo did not disappoint. In fact, every dish we ordered exceeded expectations.

I used to live near Tarpon Springs, Florida which is a crazy cool, Greek speaking, authentic Greek food serving, sponge "fishing", all around cool place to visit. During one visit I took a photo of some shops and drew this. Love how colored pencil can capture detail. 💛💚💙💜
After planning out my honeymoon in Greece this summer I was feeling inspired to make something with a Greek flair. Enter lamb burgers! These are sooooo healthy, delicious and easy. Recipe below 👇🏼
•Divide 1 lb ground lamb into 3-4 balls
•Mix equally into the burgers if you have any or all of the below readily available. If not then just spices would still be tasty! 1 clove garlic, 1/2 tbsp kalamata olives, 1 tbsp artichoke heart, ½ tbsp cilantro, ½ tbsp parsley, ½ tbsp red onion
•Cook burgers on a skillet on medium heat flipping occasionally until little pink remains
•Add burger to a lettuce wrap and top with a slice of tomato (omit for AIP), red onion, kalamata olives and chimichurri and tzatziki sauce.
•Bonus: Add a side of cucumber slices and olives to dip into the sauces
Chimichurri Sauce from Fed and Fit
•⅓ cup red wine vinegar
•½ cup olive oil
•4 cloves garlic
•½ tsp red pepper flakes (omit for AIP)
•½ cup cilantro
•½ cup parsley
•1 tbsp oregano
•½ tsp sea salt
Tzatziki Sauce from Fed and Fit
•½ cup full-fat coconut milk
•¼ cup lemon juice
•3 tbsps grated & drained fresh cucumber (squeeze the water out)
•1 clove garlic
•Pinch fine sea salt
*Let chill it fridge to thicken before using

I was a waiter for over a decade before I got into content creation full time. 👁 There was something I found so dope about the look in a guest’s eyes as a beautiful meal made its way to their table. Yesterday I fell in love with @gfgbakery. Right around the corner from me and it took me this long to stop in?! Everything sold here is imported from Greece — even the water!
