Up early this morning to get back to the studio after a few days away to soak up time with my wonderful friend Cassie. It felt amazing to come back to the mat filled with the love and insights of this cherished time away.

A couple months ago, I decided to donate the first "heddy" pendant to the universe with the idea of it being sort of like Flat Stanley.
The other day it made it to the next stop on it's journey with @satyaloka_rain. He's a really awesome dude and a wrapper too!
He's planning on bringing it with him to Egypt and helping me fulfill my dream of having a picture of one of my pieces with the pyramids in the background!
I'm so grateful for all of the abundance and love available to us once we open ourselves up to it and take a chance!
Life can be stressful and chaotic and your job to ground yourself so that you can best handle things calmly. Life will throw you out of whack at times, you must learn the tools that help you come back to YOU, the peaceful you. That’s the place you strive to exist in as often as possible. Get shaken, then calm yourself down. We know stress contributes to illness and disease so do what you must to get back to the feeling of ease and comfort. Positive things flow from a positive state. Breathe, meditate, talk to a therapist, talk to a friend, cry, journal, pray....then find your center, get out of your head and back into your body. Find your grace, serenity, peace and calm and stay there as long as you can. One of my “little” special memories was surprising husband (then fiancé) with tickets to @nitrocircus live, we lived only about one kilometre from the stadium at the time & opted to walk to and from the show.
With a forecast showing a 100% chance of rain we figured the outdoor show may get cancelled. Instead, the sun continued shining and allowed us to enjoy the entire show... that is until the moment we stepped outside to start our walk home.
