MY Moment of truth - December 15th vs January 14th. 54kg/ 121 pounds vs 56kg/124.5 pounds I gained 4.5 pounds/ 2 kilos over my 1 month vacation. .
For endomorphs we gain weight super fast #Genetics and must be very careful of the choices we make .
They say a picture is worth a million words - While 4.5 pounds/ 2 kilos don't sound like much it's easy to see the difference in the pictures. Despite working out about 60% Of the time in Kenya I enjoyed a lot of my favorite foods mostly wheat items (cake, samosa, chapatis etc) at the price of a toned belly and body #gottalive#Facts - For endomoprhs to get a flat belly and see abs total commitment and discipline is required because we naturally store fat fast in our problem areas (belly area, back, hips, thighs)
Food plays such a huge role in determining what you look like and in my case I was willing to enjoy my holidays then clean it back up. So tomorrow no more nonsense🙈 how long do you think it will take to lose the 4.5 pounds/2 kilos? .

You're fooling yourself if you think everyone on the #Paleo diet follows it strictly alllll the time. Eff that! #gottalive the real question here is - why do nachos always come as a giant portion? Always gotta get a to go box! I used to try to focus on 80/20 but I'm so over rules/ being rigid / trying to keep track. I'm putting my attention rather into living my life and making choices to keep whole foods vs processed as my guiding light.
