Each December a bunch of us get together and do a Holiday Fit Blitz sort of thing! Each person chooses their own healthy formula and commits thru the holidays. We check in daily and support each other, since there are lots of temptations and distractions out there! 🍰🍪🍭🍨🍩🍬
Some people do simple yoga, some do strength training, some do cardio/running, and some do MMA sorts of workouts. .
We strive to make fitness fun through the holidays. Then, when temptations come, we don't feel so guilty and don't feel we got off track. We just stay committed to our exercise, making healthy choices most of the time, and rooting each other on!
