It was a tough start. Switching up my weights heavier and opting for a heavier band, sure felt the difference...but if you don't push past the boundaries you never know how far you can go.
Never stay comfortable in your workout - always aim to get stronger to get those results.

OK, so...this post is slightly embarrassing for me and not the easiest thing I’ve ever posted (so bare with me...)
Basically all my life I’ve been a really, really...really bad swimmer. It’s not that I’ve never tried to learn, or put the effort in, not at all. In fact, it is something I’ve always been ashamed of and therefore the more I tried to become good at it, the more I failed. After digging quite deep into why nothing worked for me, it all boiled down to FEAR (both on conscience and subconscious level). When I was very young (and couldn’t swim at all), I almost drowned one summer after stupidly trying to show off in front of the older boys and jumping from a waterfall (not recommended by the way). I’m strongly convinced that the event has been holding me back all that time. So it’s time to change: 2018 will be the year for me to become decent at swimming...once and for all 🏊♂️ 🏊♂️🏊♂️
Don’t judge my very first session (or do 😂😂😂). It can only get better from here...surely 🙏
