Friendship is like flowers, you gotta water them, nourish them, and help them grow. 🌼 I’m so thankful for so much in my life right now, here’s my appreciation rant: I’m thankful to have grown up and moved away from San Diego... to have met some amazing people who I know when I come back home, we can pick up/ catch up and continue our friendship where it left off. Moving to Monterey Bay for college was honestly the best thing I did in my life thus far.(aside from finally graduating this semester😬). I honestly feel like I have found my place in the world. This area has helped me gain an incredible amount of clarity and self awareness. The friends I have grown through this with are invaluable gems that have a special place in my heart forever. 💎 and finally being a dog mom to my fur baby River has brought so much love, laughter and happiness. My heart is just so full, I’m thrilled for my next adventures💕 ps there are so many others that I couldn’t tag... but you’re tagged in my heart!🤙 #Carmel#carmelriver#BigSur#bigsurriver#MontereyBay#montereybaes#riverthepitsky#life#love#laughter#selfcare#thankful

It doesn’t get much better than this for your engagement session 😍
This was a beautiful day for both of us. We had so many friends and family with us to support our relationship and watched us commit our lives to one another. Both of us, as most of you don’t know, had been having some health issues around this time that really challenged us. We managed to become closer and grow stronger through it all and this day was truly magical for us. In those moments we shared alone in the pouring rain we felt grounded. We often speak of that moment and how special it was to look into each other’s eyes as the rain fell down on us and just know that that was where we were supposed to be.
Big Sur - USA 🌴
⬇️3 things to do in Big Sur⬇️
1️⃣Julia Pfeiffer Burns State Park
Named after one of Big Sur's most beloved pioneers, #JuliaPfeifferBurns StatePark is a favorite among both locals and tourists. A feast for the eyes, the park features seven marked trails that take travelers to tucked away coves, up to #waterfalls, along miles-long #creeks, through redwood-clad #forests and more.
2️⃣Andrew Molera Park
This 4,800-acre park is the largest state park on the #BigSur coast and offers multiple activities and attractions, not to mention several hiking trails. Named after the man who brought the artichoke to California, #AndrewMoleraPark's natural wonders include secluded #beaches, redwood #groves, #meadows and the #BigSurRiver along its 20 miles of hiking trails.
3️⃣Sand Dollar Beach
A great option for those who don't want to work up a sweat on the trails but want to experience Big Sur's beauty from outside the car is #SandDollarBeach. Located about 7 miles south of #LimekilnStatePark, Sand Dollar Beach is the largest unbroken stretch of sand in Big Sur. Along with the beach at #Andrew MoleraStatePark, this crescent-shaped #shoreline is considered to be one of the best #surfing spots in Big Sur, and is also a hot spot for #fishing.

This past weekend, we kicked off our winter break adventure bucket list with some early morning river shenanigans in Big Sur. Sacred & calm, this place breathes magic into the most simple nature walks and leaves us all craving our return. #bigsurriver#sacredwaters#createyouradventure
Who has ever camped in Big Sur? Well, let’s hope your tent site dries out before summer hits. This is the #BigSurRiver rushing through the small coastal town. Thanks to the Monterey County Sheriff for taking this video. #camping#bigsurcoast
What do you do when you are driving your girlfriend's SUV, run over some rocks blowing out her tire, rendering it unfixable? You apologize profusely, change the tire then sit in a river and drink a beer (her idea)
