Day 10: Since this challenge started I have been working on transforming my routine. I have stuck with it so far and have found time every day for working out- even if it’s 15 min. For today’s #21daysofme#sweeps we are sharing the things we are working on transforming. I am working to transform my habits to be healthier this year and boy has it already been a challenge. This is my goal list for #slimandsassychallenge that has been my driving force for keeping going even when I don’t want to do another workout. I healthier me is a happier me and a happier me is one that can find joy in more places. :)

For the @fabletics#21daysofme challenge today, my favorite place to workout is right here in my home gym (which is just a bedroom we made into a gym/ guest room). I love that I can jump out of bed in the morning and knock out a workout right in the comfort of my own home! But, if I'm not workout out here, I'm taking a class with my girls, whether it be Barre, Yoga, Pilates, Pound, Zumba, High Fitness, Bungee or something else, we always have a great time! 💖

I know i know, #clichegymselfie but you know what? I felt really great today, I got up early, went to the gym and tried a new and very challenging training session from the @niketraining app and I survived.
Also, this is the first time I've felt confident enough to work out just rocking my sports bra. Whether that's due to my new and incredibly cute @fabletics ensemble or the fact that I was able to grab a studio space alone, don't really care.
So, in conclusion, #shamelessgymselfie. 💪
